Services

Mobile ports

Having shipped multiple games, such as the BAFTA-nominated narrative title We’ll Always Have Paris and our train management game Iron Roads on both Desktop and Mobile, and we can assist porting your desktop game to mobile.

We can handle all aspects of this process

  • The technical process of porting your game to run on Android and iOS, including tasks such as rewriting a Direct 3D renderer under Metal for iOS, or Vulkan for Android
  • Redesigning your UI to ensure your game feels like a true mobile port
  • Working with you to decide on a monetisation strategy for your game, and integrating the storefront code
  • Navigating submission, approval, editorial requests, and post-release support on the storefronts
  • Updating your CI pipelines to build for these storefronts

For an example of our work take a look at Iron Roads to see how we ported a complex desktop management game to mobile storefronts.

Desktop ports

A successful mobile game can also make the jump to Desktop. As with mobile we can help with all aspects of this process from the technical details of porting, to UI redesign, and support integrating with the storefronts.

Co-development

We can assist with game development, whether it be design work, or help getting the game shipped. Experience we have:

We can help with your CI pipeline, uploading automated builds to all storefronts. In this area we have experience with Nix, Docker, Jenkins, BuildBot, Jenkins, Github Actions, BuildBot
  • Technologies We have experience with many game engines and technologies, including: SDL, Monogame, Unity, OpenGL, D3D12, Metal, Embedding Lua
  • Languages We have experience writing games in C++, Swift, C#, Lua, Typescript, Rust, Objective-C, Java, Go, Haskell
